…integrated into your modern life.
you don’t have to put your life on pause to join a teacher training (and we don’t think you should!). you’re not a monk living in an ashram; you’re a modern yogin with work and family and community to enjoy and show up for, and that doesn’t change when you become a yoga teacher. we built this training to fit into your life, because yoga is a way of living. choose from a fully virtual or a hybrid experience (40% virtual).
…liberatory.
yoga is a path to liberation, in this lifetime, in this body. that means we’re not trying to overcome or transcend the physical body, but to revel in and honor our bodies as divine, connected, and whole; it means we’re not trying to muscle our way through to the next realm, but to be here all the way. this perspective comes from Nondual Shaiva Tantra, one of the pillars of our lineage, which also teaches us that study, practice, and daily life are each a part of yoga.
yoga that doesn’t extend from the mat - a practice focused solely on individual liberation - doesn’t make us free.
Our yoga is dedicated to collective liberation. We’re here to learn, practice, and live like it matters, like you mean it.

the 2026 teaching team consists of three core teachers and a few special guests.
get to know your core teachers…
michelle mischa chambers
core teaching areas: history + philosophy; teaching methodology; living yoga
mischa has dedicated herself to living the practice of yoga.
she teaches with reverence, joy, and humility (often with puns + other dumb jokes).
Since her first teacher training in 2012, mischa (she/her) has continued to dive ever-deeper into study, completing in total more than one thousand hours of yoga training. She is certified by Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider and E-RYT 500.
mischa’s asana classes are marked by fluid, intentional movement creating space for breath and energy to move freely through the body. She loves to share mantra and resonance practices, as well as historical context and yoga philosophy. Her teaching explores the practices of yoga as tools for collective liberation, building the strength and suppleness required for life “off the mat”.
mischa is grateful for the offerings of many teachers of varied backgrounds, but is most greatly influenced by philosophy from the Shaiva Tantra lineage, and movement from the Tantric schools of Prana Vinyasa and Anusara. She also offers deep bows to the Radical Darshan school for a deeper contextual understanding of yoga philosophy, history, and social justice. Her main teachers have been Silvia Mordini, Tim Sullivan, Leila Sadeghee, Kallie Schut, and Janet Stone; and in the Tantric tradition of daily life as yoga, being a mother to her son Jack continues to offer the richest teachings and opportunities for practice.
natalie wong
core teaching areas: physical alignment; teaching methodology
for natalie, the practice of yoga provides a space for intimate connection to body and breath.
the pillars of her practice and teaching are curiosity and compassion.
Natalie (she/her) approaches movement as a conversation between body, breath, heart and mind. She believes it is through this dialogue that we are able to come into deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Her teachings aim to empower trust between her students and their bodies through presence + exploration.
Natalie’s yoga journey began at the age of fifteen while in treatment for anorexia & was the catalyst for her healing. She entered her 200 hour teacher training in 2015 and has been teaching full time in Seattle, WA ever since.
kristine manuel
core teaching areas: meditation + pranayama; anatomy + physiology
kristine is deeply inspired to help others tune into the muse within, and re-myth our old stories.
their teaching is meditative, strong, fluid, and poetic.
Kristine (she/they) is a Filipinx-American Bay Area, California native. They found yoga as a pathway to uniting heart and mind. As a scientist and interdisciplinary visual / performance artist their curiosity for the subtle energy body never ends. Their specialty is in illuminating the subtle body through the breath and slow meditative flows, rooted in nondual classical tantric philosophy. Much of their work also honors and preserves indigenous ancestral healing arts practices from the Philippines, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Ghana.
Kristine also likes to weave knowledge of movement from their background in capoeira, somatic performance art, and street dance styles. They are a current inaugural fellow at the MOOVE LAB, at the Center of The Power of Sound and Social Change at the School of Social Ecology, UCI.
