more than a yoga retreat. this is for youβ¦
to immerse equally in practice, culture, food, and community
to explore, heal and play in supported space
to fall in love with the South of France (and the version of yourself that you find here)
to connect to what moves you π
Nestled between the vineyards + olive groves of Provence, your home for the week is supported space to tune in β think winding streets, worn plaster and bright shutters, a 12th century castle (yeah we measure time in centuries around here).
Each day weβll root together in movement and meditation, and share a table brimming with inspired, bright and hearty meals. Weβll seek out all that this unique landscape has to offer, while leaving plenty of space for lounging poolside.
Give yourself the time to reconnect.
Weβll take care of the rest.
The South of France is a feast for the senses - fresh herbs and lavender, warm stone and chilled wine, the hum of cicadas and the faint din of a nearby sidewalk cafΓ©. This is the good life - a life born of and inseparable from the landscape that surrounds you.
Walk along the rows of olives and cypress, and itβs hard not to feel connected to things greater and deeper. Put your hand on the worn walls of the village and sense the generations whoβve walked these winding streets, the hands that built everything on which you stand.
this is a place with roots.
{ embodied practice }
Our movement and stillness practices this week will cultivate awareness of connection - to each other, ourselves, all that came before us - to all things, always.
Because thereβs a particular steadiness in this felt-sense of connection. We feel it wherever we feel most at home, and when we feel most ourselves.
We find a clearer pathway for breath and energy. We feel more supported, we have more capacity. This is what weβre here to integrate and carry with us.
Practice will be a little different with each dayβs theme and adventures: dynamic flows, honeyed lunar practices, philosophy, mantra, and thereβs never been a {pulse} retreat without a little dance party.
At the heart of it all, pyc is about: yoga that allows your breath to move freely, yoga that connects you to how you feel and feels right in your body. Thatβs what weβll be up to on retreat too. π
This is supported space to connect to what moves you, and to remember all that is interconnected.
{ be nourished }
Sharing food is inherently connective, and no one embodies that more fully than Charis, our chef for the week. She cooks to tell stories, to bring people together, to fill you with joy and love. Weβll eat to nourish our bodies, but also to connect - to each other, to ourselves, and the land that feeds us.
French cheese and wine get all the glory, but have you ever tasted a fig plucked from a hundred-year-old tree? Provence is bursting with flavor, from sun-ripened tomatoes and stone fruit to bold truffles and bright, fresh herbs. Youβll find all of these on our table this week (along with the cheese and the wine).

Our first Provence retreat redefined for me whatβs possible when you bring a group of people together with yoga at the center. I cannot wait to build more connections, deepen established ones, laugh together while sharing the most incredible meals (Charisβ food alone is reason to return), bask in the French sunshine and feel the salt of the Mediterranean on my skin. Iβm looking forward to moving, breathing and connecting with you again!

For me, retreat is about giving in to real care and deep connection. There is a spaciousness that allows you to notice the subtle joy and pleasure in every moment. You are free from daily responsibilities - we got you. From our joyful feasts + thoughtfully selected activities, to our daily practices, everything is intentionally created just for you. This retreat isnβt an escape, it centers and amplifies the sweetness of your life. This retreat is an exhale. I canβt wait to share it with you. // kristine
I couldnβt have known, when I moved to France, just how many layers and complex flavors of beauty Iβd find, nor how badly Iβd want to share it all.
Travel is part of my yoga practice, an opportunity for deepening awareness and amplifying connection. Retreat has been particularly potent. With all the logistics and planning taken care of, itβs easier to be open to connection - to yourself, to whatβs true, and to a unique part of the world.
I want you to experience all of the above, and Iβm here to hold supportive space for that. Iβm also here to pour the wine.

Nothing brings me more joy than gathering people around a table to nourish them with unapologetically bold food. Every dish we create is made with loving intention, each ingredient chosen to highlight the flavor of another, every meal an opportunity for food to inspire stories and experiences shared. Expect feasts that connect us: to our bodies, to our selves, to each other. Oh... and butter. Expect a lot of butter! (This is France, after all).
