rentrée 2026 // begins september 10
a 10-day series for renewed purpose + energy
rentrée — In France, this one word encapsulates not just back-to-school but the whole collective energetic shift that happens, pulling you over the threshold of a new season.
Like any transitional moment (on the mat or off) it’s an opportunity to clarify intentions, double down on aligned action, and gather the energy you need to move forward like you mean it.
…Whether or not you’re with us in France this month, let’s move through this moment a little more supported, a little more rooted, a little more sure — and let’s move through it together.
{ rentrée 2026 } is…
10 days of intentional practice, 10 minutes or less each day (yes, really)
two follow-up practices to keep the energy flowing
a one-on-one support call for living your yoga off the mat
two ways to join…
12-part series bundle
plus 1-1 support call
our whole library of on-demand classes
and series, including this one, $25/month
transition is the difference between where you are and where you want to be.
time to move like you mean it. 💓
meet your guide // mischa
founder, pulse yoga collective
mischa has dedicated herself to living the practice of yoga. she teaches with reverence, joy, and humility (often with puns and other dumb jokes).
Since her first teacher training in 2012, mischa (she/her) has continued to dive ever-deeper into study, completing in total more than one thousand hours of yoga training. She is certified by Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider and E-RYT 500.
mischa’s asana classes are marked by fluid, intentional movement creating space for breath and energy to move freely through the body. She loves to share mantra and resonance practices, as well as historical context and yoga philosophy. Her teaching explores the practices of yoga as tools for collective liberation, building the strength and suppleness required for life “off the mat”.
mischa is grateful for the offerings of many teachers of varied backgrounds, but is most greatly influenced by philosophy from the Shaiva Tantra lineage, and movement from the Tantric schools of Prana Vinyasa and Anusara. Her main teachers have been Silvia Mordini, Tim Sullivan, the Radical Darshan School, and Janet Stone; and in the Tantric tradition of life as practice, being a mother to her son Jack continues to offer the richest teachings and opportunities for practice.
